I walk my Sellers step by step through the sale of their home and never leave them in the dark. During the process, I work to carry out your goals. I am passionate about helping my clients receive top dollar for their investment and insuring their best interests are protected throughout the whole transaction. I have in depth knowledge of the market, sales trends and I am highly skilled in communication and negotiation, all of the skills you need in a Realtor®.

Listing appointment

During our listing appointment, I will conduct a walkthrough of your property and put myself in the shoes of a buyer. I will gauge the overall condition as well as make suggestions on how to prepare your home for photography and showings, all of this with your budget in mind to insure you get the most bang for your buck.

Your home’s value

Next, we will go over your home’s value. This will be based off of my research on the current market trends, comparable sales in the area and the condition/ improvements you’ve made to your home. Once you agree to a price for your home, I will provide an Estimated Seller Net Sheet, which will outline the cost associated with selling your home, as well as give you an idea of what you could possibly walk away with at closing.

Prepare to hit the market!

When you are ready to list your home, I will map out what the rest of the process will look like and come up with the game plan for getting your home sold! This will include setting up your photography and pre listing inspections, tips on how to get your home ready to hit the market and get you in contact with reputable contractors/ cleaning professionals to assist you!

Marketing

Marketing is everything! My clients can expect free professional photography, drone footage and a walkthrough video of their home. Their property will be listed on the multiple listing service (MLS), every major consumer home website such as Zillow, Realtor.com, etc., and all major social media platforms. The goal? To get as many eyes on your home which converts to more showings, which means more potential offers and ultimately, top dollar for your home!
